1. Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return (unless defective or damaged).

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products, damaged items due to misuse, or products not in original condition.
